There are only 4 kinds of crops in Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland which can be raised during all seasons excluding winter. Crops need to be watered once a day, although during rain the soil is already damp so you do not have to take care of them.
While in most of the games seeds come in packets of 9, here you will buy each seed separately. It is also not possible to obtain larger watering can so raising crops is not really
