|This article is about Harvest Goddess in The Tale of Two Towns. You may be looking for Harvest Goddess in her other appearances throughout the series.|
|This article could be cleaned up to make it easier to read.|
The beautiful and powerful Harvest Goddess lives in the pond on top of the mountains that separates the two towns and where you first meet the two feuding mayors. She comes by to meet you early on the game and explains to you why the tunnel you saw the day before has collapsed (a silly argument about cooking that may or may not have been the start of the cooking contests) and asks for your help with not just fixing the tunnel but also to help the two mayors become friends. She will allow Eileen to fix the tunnel between the two towns only if you get their friendliness meter up to certain point, the only thing distinguishing it from normal requests is that it's in a purple paper and you will still need to help get her supplies for the construction.
You can meet the Harvest Goddess by throwing a gift at her pond. She'll also pop up, humming "Dum-Da-Da-DAA!" without any accompanying music, to congratulate you when you level up by gathering specific numbers of items, leveling up your cooking, increasing the town mayors' friendliness meter and of course after the tunnel has been worked on. As you can tell, you'll be seeing a lot of her in-game and you'll be getting to know each other rather well. Unfortunately she can't be married in this game nor does she have any helper Harvest sprites.
The Goddess' pond is a gateway to a special crop field where you can plant crops that can be exchanged with your friends (the special part is that you can change the weather to whichever season is optimal to plant your crops in, however since it's not your farm you can't harvest any of the plants you planted, only the ones that your friends plant for you). All that you need to do to access the field is jump into the pond. The Goddess will only show you the way there on Spring 21, which means that you can't give her a birthday gift on her first birthday because she won't show you the place before then.
The Harvest Goddess will grant you special wishes (including marrying Alisa) if you find all 6 Wonderful Stones.
Birthday: Spring 8
Friendship Tips: The Goddess is a very picky gift taker, as she has a long list of things she doesn't like. Be careful what you throw into her pond. Harvest Goddess prefers items that you've produced yourself, such as crops or animal products. Since she also likes the wild flowers that grow in the mountain, it is easier to give her the free flowers and sell your farm-raised items instead.
She does like perfume, but it is more beneficial to ship the perfume for money than give it to the Harvest Goddess as a gift.
