How To CatchEdit

Head down to level 30 in Ganache Mine, or go to the cave behind the waterfall in Caramel District. Have either a silver or gold fishing rod, and high level fishing skill. You might not get it on your first time, but be patient, you'll catch it eventually. After you catch it, it can be sold it for 1600G.
