The Rock Lobster is a fish found on the  Gull Island in  which you can unlock by completing Collins rainbow. Toby will ask you to catch one of this and give it to him at 5 hearts. It can be caught in Spring and Winter.  you must have level 4 (at least) in fishing rod. it helps to upgrade your fishing rod as much as you can.
